J’adore this whirlwind of busyness that is the ‘Animalphabet’ from L’Affiche Moderne , a French collection of high quality digital posters from artists, illustrators, and photographers from around the world. I was introduced to them by Brenda a few months ago when we featured them and she tipped me off about this vibrant, animal addition.

Created by Spanish illustrator Sigrid Martinez, it features a quirky clash of animals on the move such as a giraffe in a plane, an elephant defying gravity in a hot air balloon, a cat looking a tad uncomfortable dangling from a parachute, and a rabbit in a mini car using a snake as a path. Wonderfully playful both in imagery and colour, it comes in two sizes, 12″ X 26″ and 20″ X 28″ for €29 and €59 respectively. Incidentally, we featured John Lewis’ safari blackout blinds yesterday for those of you interested in animal inspired decor.
