I’m Ella, a 24 year old first time mum, somewhat unexpected but loving it!! Baby (g) is just coming up to six months, and I’m currently contending with teething (one through, one on the way), weaning (so far so good, freezer full of wholesome organic veg mush but, baby seems to have taken a liking to the packet variety), and rolling over (movement still a novelty at this stage).

I want to prove to myself and to all my non-parent friends that having a baby doesn’t mean that style has to go out of the window. I am a bargain hunter at heart and want to seek out new and exciting products that fit in with my relatively small budget.

Looking forward to doing some more searching and becoming a contributor is a great excuse for more “window shopping”- at least that’s what I’m telling the boyfriend…
