365 Penguins by Jean-Luc Fromental

BabyGeek writes….365 Penguins by Jean Luc Fromental

I have seen this book raved about on a few other blogs so I ordered it to see what everyone was talking about.

I was a little surprised when the Amazon box turned up – the book is about 40cm high! This is the tale of how 365 penguins come to live in a suburban house and the trials that came with them.

Although some of the concepts might be beyond the Bambino age range, I think this book is great value. It has bold pictures and an interesting story. It also has longevity as it encourages thinking about adding, subtracting, multiplication and division (or maths, if you prefer) as well as global warming and endangered species issues.

I think this book will suit a family who have several children so can enjoy it together.

Available from the Bambino Goodies Amazon Store for £6.47. RRP £9.95
